    We get to know your home. Someone from Constance walks through it with you: the systems, what's due, the pros you trust, your goals and budget. That becomes your home plan.

    We keep up with it for you. Want the heating checked every fall? Tell us once. Each year we line up the pro and either book it within the limit you've approved or check with you first. You don't have to remember it.

    Text us when something breaks. A text or a photo is enough. You don't need to know what's wrong or which trade to call.

    You set the rules. We handle the rest. We choose and manage a pro from our trusted local network, or work with one you prefer. Within the rules you set, we handle scheduling, follow-up and the record until the job is done. We ask when a decision goes beyond those rules.

That includes your home walkthrough and everything Constance does to keep your home's maintenance and repairs moving. You pay pros directly for the work itself, within the limits you set. Constance isn't a home warranty and doesn't pay for repairs.

Who's behind Constance

I’m Tyler. I’m a former Navy helicopter pilot who bought a house in 2017 and quickly learned that owning it came with a second job I didn't have time for: managing it. When something broke, I’d call three electricians, hope one showed up, and brace for the bill. Later, when I moved to Boston for school, I rented out my house and became a renter myself. My tenants text me when something breaks; I text my landlord. That difference was hard to ignore. Renters have someone to call. Wealthy homeowners can hire a home concierge. The rest of us get a second job we never applied for. I’m building Constance to change that.

What is Constance?

Constance is your home manager: one trusted point of contact for your home's maintenance and repairs. We get to know your house, manage the pros and the work, keep up the maintenance you want, and see every repair through. You set the rules and make the decisions that matter.

How much will it cost?

$45 a month once Constance opens in your area, including your home walkthrough. You pay pros directly for labor and parts.

What happens at the home walkthrough?

Someone from Constance walks through your home with you to note your systems, what's due soon, the pros you already trust, and your goals and budget.

Do I have to approve every job?

Only if you want to. At the walkthrough you set separate spending limits for maintenance and repairs and tell us your preferences. We make routine calls, book work within your rules, and report back. We ask before spending beyond a limit or taking a consequential step outside those rules. Set a limit to $0 if you'd rather approve each expense.

Is this a home warranty?

No. Constance doesn't pay for repairs or insure your home. We run them for you.

What does Constance handle?

Routine and seasonal maintenance, and repairs, including ones that take more than one trade. A burst pipe? We line up the plumber, then the drywall patch. We don't handle remodels, additions, insurance claims, or projects that require permits yet.

Can I keep or request a specific pro?

Yes. Tell us who you already trust, who you'd like back from a Constance job, or who to avoid. We normally choose and manage a suitable pro within your rules, including someone you prefer when available. If that person isn't available, we'll find a suitable alternative and keep the job moving.

Where and when will Constance be available?

We're planning to launch in Greater Boston in summer 2027. We'll email you when we're ready to serve your town, and you'll hear from us first.

What happens when I join the list?

You'll get a confirmation email and occasional updates. Nothing is charged, and joining doesn't commit you to anything. Unsubscribe anytime. I bought a house. Home maintenance became my second job.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to tell you about Constance and to learn what homeowners need. We never sell it. Read the privacy notice
